Learn from Lifia Teguh
Ms. Teguh has been teaching for about thirteen years both in the USA and in Indonesia (online and in-person) in different formats: private piano lessons, group piano classes, arranging workshops, music appreciation classes, as well as private and group theory, sight-singing, and ear training classes. She started with teaching beginning and intermediate students, and throughout the years her demographic has evolved into a diverse mix, currently ranging from early intermediate to advanced students. She also serves as an adjunct piano faculty member at Linfield University and was a Graduate Teaching Assistant for Piano Area at Portland State University. Throughout these years she has taught students of different backgrounds, ages, and abilities: from a 2-year-old beginner, kids, teenagers, college students, to a retired doctor in their 60s.
Given her solid foundation in classical training, she can help students develop their artistry, technique, and form healthy practicing habits so that they become mature musicians without injuries. On top of that, she gives her students the opportunity to expand their skills by not only becoming classical musicians who can only play off the sheet music, but also to improvise, realize lead sheet chords, compose, and write songs, so that they may find their own uniqueness. #KAMUBISA
Online Music Workshop
#KAMUBISA is an online music workshop created by Lifia Teguh. This workshop gives you an opportunity to learn music without having to leave the comfort of your home during the pandemic. The goal of #KAMUBISA is to give you skills that may be neglected in the regular music learning environment. It is also affordable, yet you will get my expertise through personalized feedback on the projects that you do during the workshop.
The first batch of the first module, Pop Music Arranging, had been successfully done. Here is KONSER #KAMUBISA, to give you a glimpse of what we did in the first module. Follow my social media accounts (Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook), or click "Get in Touch" to stay up-to-date on #KAMUBISA!
